How We Work
- Step 1: Select your treatment or package online or by calling the spa desk. Step 2: Arrive 30 minutes early to complete a health questionnaire and change into robes. Step 3: Enjoy the hydrotherapy circuit (sauna, steam, ice plunge) for 20 minutes. Step 4: Your therapist escorts you to a treatment room and explains the procedure. Step 5: During the treatment, we dim lights and play ambient music. Step 6: After treatment, relax in the relaxation lounge with herbal tea. Step 7: Checkout includes product recommendations. Step 8: A follow-up email with aftercare tips is sent within 48 hours.
